Start with a simple pair of wings and an island to call home. In Take Flight, every new discovery is a reason to travel a little farther. Walk through meadows, skim across the ocean, and land among coral, frost, crystals, and distant stars.

This is a singleplayer 3D exploration and collection game built around a simple loop: explore an island, gather its resources, brew a potion, and roll for your next pair of wings. Equip a new discovery, compare its speed and endurance, then choose your next destination.

Find a flight of your own

There are 500 wings to collect, from humble canvas and folded paper to luminous, elaborate designs. Discover wings through random rolls, craft special pairs with ingredients, and earn others by reaching exploration milestones. Your Wing Book keeps the collection in one place, with flight statistics and acquisition records to help you pick what to wear next.

Better flight speed and endurance open up longer journeys. Plan your crossing, land to explore, and return with the materials for your next brew. Finding a beautiful pair is only part of the fun; seeing where it can take you is the other half.

Follow the ingredients, follow the luck

Explore 34 permanent islands and watch for 20 types of temporary Exclusive islands. These fleeting places have their own resources and special wing discoveries. Across the archipelago, 162 resources feed a growing book of recipes.

Brew timed Luck potions to improve your normal wing rolls, prepare a powerful enhanced roll, or make a batch potion for several independent discoveries at once. Pin a recipe to track its ingredients and use the collection books to plan your next gathering trip. Exclusive wing rolls keep their listed odds, even while Luck is active.

Procedural 3D artwork and synthesized music give each island its own atmosphere. Customize your traveler, explore at your own pace, and keep adding discoveries to your journey.

How to play

• WASD / arrow keys: move.
• Shift: sprint on land.
• Hold Space: fly; release to descend.
• E: gather a nearby resource.
• 1–5: open books, status, and settings.
• Escape: close a panel or skip a reveal.

Play in a desktop browser with a keyboard and WebGL support. Progress saves automatically in your browser; save export and import let you keep a portable backup. The game requires no account and makes no network requests during play.
